Deb Gilbertson
Intercultural Innovation Award (IIA)
Deb Gilbertson runs a consultancy that grows leaders to innovate for a better world. She has helped 2500 intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs to make their ventures happen. Her work includes the Global Enterprise Experience contest where participants from 121 countries unite in cross-cultural virtual teams to develop a social entrepreneurship proposal to address a UNSDG. At universities she has taught management, innovation, entrepreneurship, marketing, international business, commercializing technology, financing, agricultural economics, fisheries management, ADHD, and enterprise education. She is happy to help others in these areas. Deb judged the NZ Prime Minister’s Awards for Public Sector Excellence 15 times.
