The Connect Program, designed by the not-for-profit organization Soliya to be integrated into an existing curriculum or offered as an independent study, uses a proprietary online facilitated dialogue model that connects young people globally.

A model of the Connect Program, Connect Global: US-MENA is supported by the Stevens Initiative, and is an international effort to build global competence and career readiness for young people in the United States and the Middle East and North Africa while growing and enhancing the field of virtual exchange: online, international, and collaborative learning.

Connect Global: US-MENA seeks to enhance communication skills and improve attitudes toward difference through discussions framed around current social challenges and world events. The program brings together participants from disciplines including, but not limited to, the humanities, sciences, engineering, and business. It is tailored for those interested in exploring the perceived cultural fault line between the United States and Middle East/North Africa through political, social, and personal values-based discussions.
