Are you an entrepreneur with a vision for creating impactful change in your community? Do you seek the tools, mentorship, and network to scale your venture to new heights? Look no further than the Flagship Fellowship, a transformative 16-week leadership and venture development program designed to equip impact-driven entrepreneurs with the skills and resources they need to achieve product-market fit and scale.

Program Overview

The Flagship Fellowship offers a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs committed to creating sustainable, scalable impact. Through access to a global network, specialized training, and mentorship from seasoned professionals, venture capitalists, and executives, fellows embark on a journey to elevate their ventures and amplify their impact. The program kicks off with an immersive experience in Boulder, Colorado, followed by virtual programming that provides ongoing support and community for fellows to advance their ventures and personal growth.

Throughout the 16-week program, fellows engage in a series of expert-led sessions covering key topics such as Foundations, Data & Metrics, Go-To-Market Strategy, Funding, and Team Management. Additionally, fellows have the opportunity to learn from renowned leaders and practitioners through the Impact Series, where they share their entrepreneurial journey and mentor fellows on their own paths to success.

One of the unique components of the Flagship Fellowship is the Basecamp, a hands-on Impact Workshop led by each fellow in their community. These workshops provide an opportunity for fellows to share their venture work, receive feedback, and network with local stakeholders. With support from the Watson Institute team, fellows are empowered to design and facilitate Basecamps that catalyze deeper impact within their communities.
