Alexandra Solea

Alexandra Solea is an international cultural affairs professional, cultural entrepreneur, lecturer. She has received the PhD in History and Analysis of Musical Cultures from “La Sapienza” University of Rome, and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Musicology and Arts Administration (summa cum laude) from both the National University of Music in Bucharest and “Santa Cecilia” Music Conservatory in Rome. As senior arts administration expert, she has collaborated with international top-level institutions in performing arts management, including: European Music Council, Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, BOZAR, Sadler’s Wells, China Shanghai International Arts Festival. Being a passionate and dynamic young cultural entrepreneur, Alexandra is Founder&Executive Director of the cultural organization Solèart Management, based in Rome (Italy) and Managing Partner of Undivided ltd, a leading cultural management company located in Bucharest (Romania), with the aim to encourage the international environment to give greater importance to the cultural and educational dimensions, to promote the communication of arts and culture and provide to the society the richness of artistic thought and the creativity of young people. Alexandra has attended professional training courses in international relations and cultural affairs at: U.S. Embassy to Italy, Embassy of Romania to Italy, European Parliament, European Commission and Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has been Resident Fellow of the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Romanian Academy in Rome. She is Fellow of the European Music Council, the biggest European network of organizations and institutions operating in the music sector, and Alumna&Fellow of Stiftung Mercator and TÜSİAD, Turkey's top business organization, programme under the patronage of Federica Mogherini, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs. Currently, she is Director of the Master in Arts and Culture Management at Rome Business School.
