I have more than fifteen years of working experience in development activities especially on human rights, peace, youth, child rights, social protection, safe migration, gender mainstreaming and development issues in Nepal and Asia. I have significant exposure on project designing, implementation, training planning and facilitation, writing books, articles and translation, carrying out research and studies in various issues. I have good understanding on socio-economic aspects in south Asian context and practitioner in development activities from grassroots to national level in various issues, advocacy, awareness and policy dialogues. I have managed various projects and gained practical learning for the same. I am also practitioner Lawyer - possessing License of Advocate since 2001. I hold a advanced University Degree on Sociology and Political Science, followed by University Degree on Law and Education from the Tribhuvan University, Nepal. I have written more than one dozen books and more than four dozen articles and papers on different social issues.
