Presently based in Ukraine (Kyiv). Areas of expertise include creative/technical writing, public health, emergency response, and monitoring and evaluation. Prior to my current position, I worked at the Department of Health and Human Services (our Ministry of Health) and was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Haiti. I participate in the 2012 fellowship program and travelled to Morocco, Egypt, and the UAE. I am a member of the Dupont Circle Rotary Club and collaborate with Rotarians around the world.
