My name is Itay Sarag from Tel Aviv Yaffo (ISRAEL) I am 32 years old. I have 3 brothers and a dog I work as a special Advisor and Aid to the Mayor of Tel Aviv-Yaffo Municipality, the city that "never stops". Raised in the Shapira Neighborhood in Southern Tel Aviv, I've been actively serving as a liaison between local residents and public agencies since the age of 16 in a variety of positions. Prior to joining the Mayor's Office, I was the CEO of HAPARDES – a local NGO that was dedicated to the community empowerment of Tel Aviv's southern neighborhoods. In 2009 I opened with a good friend a non-profit organization That Called TeachTech. With a clear vision: reducing the technological gap of citizens in Tel-Aviv Yaffo. Among our Activities: offers courses for “technophobe” adults, helping them learn how to do basic computer tasks and more. I have a BA in Government and Society Studies from the Tel Aviv-Yaffo Academic College and master in Public policy.
