Javad Mushtaq

Javad is a multi-award winning young professional, diversity leader and serial social entrepreneur from Norway. He has background with strategy from a corporation, and is a serial-entrepreneur, founding his first at age 13. He is currently the Founder and CEO of multiple startups, focusing on Diversity and Inclusion, Education for All and Entrepreneurship and Youth. Javad is widely recognized for his work on diversity and inclusion, and setting a positive narrative around this topic in Norway. Recently, he received the "Pride and Performance" Award awarded by the Norwegian Prime Minister for his work. Other awards and honors include Business Student of the Year in Norway, award for best Master's Thesis of Oslo themes across all schools and disciplines, Alarga Scholarship, BIs Presidential / Student Ambassador Scholarship, A. Wilhelmsen Scholarship, and part of the winning team of Harvard Business School MOC project competition. E24 Ledertalentene 2017, top 2 in the category of "Social Entrepreneur of the Year", Nominated as Name of the year by VG in 2011, selected as one of "100 male role models" in by Utrop, most ambitious person by Blend, amongst many recognitions. Through his initiatives, Javad has reached and impacted several thousand people in 4 continents, and is working on a long-term goal to impact 1 billion people. Javad’s areas of expertise include strategy, (social) entrepreneurship, technology, education for all, and diversity.
