Spanning 6 years in technology management of sudden-onset youth programs , from initial needs assessments through program definition, proposal/budget preparation, donor liaison, implementation to final shut-down or exit strategy. Diverse experience in designing, planning, managing and evaluating multi-sectored projects, especially community youth development, enteprenuership, sanitation, hygiene awareness, and livelihoods I have written proposals that have enjoyed funding success from donors including, USAID,Field based Donor relations and liaison for reporting, field visits and program presentation. Tried and tested representation and coordination, negotiation with external stakeholders including cluster, government and bi lateral partners in order to harmonize approaches, advocate for best operation practices and allow for reduced duplication of interventions and deprivation of some beneficiaries. Lead role in program cycle management with a constant follow up of budgets, coordination and follow up of HR and Administration procedures to achieve program indicators while measuring both impact of interventions and beneficiaries satisfaction. with a masters in information systems from makerere university
