I enjoy connecting people, fresh thinking and innovative ideas to create real change. Most grassroots organisations are driven by an inspirational higher purpose and commitment to make a difference. However influencing business can become a significant barrier to spreading a good idea, even for the best initiatives. My aim is to bring 20+ years of experience working in diversity and anti-discrimination practice in both the legal industry and private sector; together with my personal story of migration and multiculturalism, to help good ideas grow into highly successful initiatives.
