Malak Oussidhoum
Fellowship Programme
Promoting and inspiring a global, impactful and sustained Leadership, is for Malak Oussidhoum the result of a +15-year experience accompanying leaders working in multicultural environments. She inspires and guides challenging professionals to look into personal significance and reinventing themselves to discover the essence of their selfleadership, and to communicate it while adopting a natural and authentic style. Her specific approach for a global and sustained Leadership has been proved to help them achieve an acknowledged legacy building up on their social and intellectual heritage. Her cosmopolitan and multicultural inheritance, along with a diverse practice at the international level, brought her to be notably concerned about intercultural dialogue, and so to delve into the necessary Leadership and Selfleadership components required to foster Intercultural Dialogue, Inclusion and Peace-building. She is the co-founder of the Tamkeen foundation for Human development a non-profit social innovation platform acting in Morocco. She was selected as a UNAOC fellow in 2014, and since then she’s a researcher and conference speaker to promote and further explore self-leadership literacy as a complementary discipline to the UNESCO Media and Information Literacy core competencies that mark the framework of the educational programs to promote MIL as a platform for Intercultural Dialogue.
