Momen Hameed is a co-founder of the Iraqi charity group and a member of Kokar organization of youth. He is a doctor and holds Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS). Because his project to help children of displaced people to have rights of education in Iraq, he was selected by US department of states in 2016 to study civic engagement in bard college in Newyork. Then he continues his project and got fund by UNESCO to help more than 500 kids. in June 2018, he was selected by ijgd organization in Germany, and he participated to help refugee kids in Berlin. He had a project to promote the peace among different ethnic groups in his city Kirkuk. Now he works on his new project to use election in Iraq as an important tool for building the peace in Iraq and increase youth representation in the Iraqi government.
