Mr. Niaz Muhammad is young development professional and youth activist sector working for youth development and gender equity through social mobilization, report writing, youth education, and advocacy and training areas. He is an excellent in report writing. He has coordinated the research and advocacy projects and activities on Violence against Women and he has grip over the different socio-political issues of the Country such as youth development, gender in- equality, women Empowerment, Peace. He has imparted many training for youth community organization, leadership skills, and effective communication, formation of community based organization, Education mobilization, and capacity building. He has strong leadership and management Skills in the development sector .He has experienced working with media and has close linkages with print and electronic media. He has good management, monitoring, interpersonal and communication skills. He is well aware of different approaches of youth Development and eagerly interested to work for Gender equality, promoting peace and harmony and social change in Pakistan. He is committed professional and has given his services as volunteer with different organizations.He is the one of founders of organization.
