I work as trainer, researcher and project coordinator on human rights education, intercultural education, active citizenship, global education, social action and related topics. I developed educational programs and delivered trainings for teachers, young people, migrants, minorities (especially Roma), journalists, civil servants and private sector employees. I organized local, regional and international events, developed community programs and implemented pilot projects to promote positive intercultural relations and social inclusion. I work in the not-for-profit sector and I consult for the UN and the Council of Europe. I have a Ph.D. in Psychology with a thesis focused on the development of intercultural competence.
