Parul Arora, 26 has worked on Skill Development for Govt of India and is an alumni of Teach For India. She is currently leading an organic tea startup ‘Jarved’ with a prime focus on organic group certifications for Tribals of North East India. She is a youth advocate and has worked in conflict prone areas of Seelampur and North-East India. Her prime area of focus is skill development and employment opportunities for youth in neglected societies. She has served on the National Teaching Institutes Monitoring Committee of India and designed frameworks for policy evaluation for Central Govt. She is a UNAOC alumni from Summer School of 2015.
