Rania K. Al Hussaini was born and raised in Qatar, she completed her primary education in Qatar and then did her bachelors from the American University in Cairo in Journalism & Mass Communication, Minor in Economics, business Administrations, 1995. As a self-motivated student she worked as a reporter for the University, and worked on many business promotion projects. She is preparing her Masters in MBA with the Liverpool University. In 1995, she returned to Doha, and started her career as Registration Officer in the Qatar Academy, Qatar foundation. Having special interest, and skills in leadership, and management, soon she joined HSBC Bank Middle East LTD Mission, where she served the bank with different outstanding and remarkable roles, such as representative, supervisor, specialist, and finally as executive manager of HSBC’s Rayyan Branch. With her inspiring history, she joined Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) in May 2005, after serving HSBC for Eight precious years. She did tremendous job at QIB too, and spent another 6 years serving QIB with her extra-ordinary skills in management, and execution in different departments of the bank. Being a keen learner, during her career, she was enrolled in to many courses, programmes, and conferences, mostly in leadership, banking, management, computer, and public relations etc, and she completed them successfully with honor. Throughout her career, she was granted many awards, and Excellency recognition. She joined British council in Doha as Implementation project Manger. However, soon she founded something that Qatar, and the region needed the most. She founded the soul of the Doha Centre for Media Freedom; She founded the most successful programme of Media Literacy in the region as “Media & Information Literacy Programme”. She did absolute stunning efforts to take media education in Qatar to a brand new level, where she was able to implement this new idea of “Media Literacy” in more than 150 schools of Qatar, almost 50% of Qatari schools, and then she took the programmed to other MENA countries, such as Bahrain, Egypt, and Jordan. She boosted her career from there, and established herself as an international body in Media & Information Literacy, in addition to her excellent contribution in the centre’s promotion in Qatar, MENA and all over the world. She is a person who defines hard work and determination terms with her attitude, gives another meaning of dedication, setts new standards of self-motivated actions and inspires others around to use their great advantage within them and transform them to the reason of their strength and success. She is thoughtful enough to understand the reasons behind any unexpected circumstantial situations, is Decisive on an expert and Professional level requirements, seeks the highest level of success incline efficiently and profoundly. Honest decisions are made with regards to being fair and just competently. She simply is a perfect example of dedication, achievement, perfection, and success, summarizing them all; a perfect model to imitate.
