I am a result oriented and proactive Professional pursing my MS leading to PhD in Human Resource Management. Having worked in cross cultural work environments, have enhanced skill to handle staff and peers to provide viable solution while maintaining my patience. Spending time and listening to issues and working to finds practical solution has been a unique trait that I have acquired during the course of my 2 years of professional career. I have trained individuals to meet their needs and make use to their acquired skills. I have been working with diverse youth of Southern Punjab for the past three years. Working with these dissimilar youth has been a great experience as it has been considered difficult to bring together the youth on one platform for our countries progress, social cohesion and harmony. Colliding with this myth, I have successfully managed five projects and more than 150 events with diverse youth, academia, electronic & print media, most vulnerable & at-risk rural / semi-rural communities, religious minorities, people with disabilities, elderly persons, philanthropist, religious leaders, local government leadership, leadership of mainstream political parties & their political workers, legislators, parliamentarians, government department, LEA, civil society organizations / Groups / Networks & CBOs and Legal Fraternity. I work with organization(s) / group(s) who work proactively on interfaith harmony, peace-building, security and good governance in the communities of Punjab province. The province is very sensitive due to the ethnic and racial issues here in Pakistan but I can proudly share that having worked with more than 1,800 diverse youth in my network have a changed way of thinking. Being a youth and working with them has provided me with an opportunity to understand their psychology and way of thinking. I feel that young people in Pakistan are very energetic and their energies need to be harnessed by providing them with proper guidance.
