Seif Jira Founder and CEO of Dream Achievers Youth Organization (DAYO) started as a volunteer about twelve years ago in order to help youth benefit from their community resources and also youth empowerment project.I Diploma in Community development & social work from Coast College of Commerce and currently under taking a Degree on Bachelor of Development study from Mount Kenya University.
