Theresa is a regular guest lecturer at Washington University in St. Louis and has lectured at nearly a dozen other colleges throughout the United States including the University of South Carolina, University of Wisconsin and Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. Theresa is an International Development Thought Leader and a globally recognized Social Entrepreneur. Theresa is an 11 time Mid America Emmy award winning journalist and is a member of the BMW Responsible Leaders Network, The Intercultural Leaders Network and the Women Presidents Organization. Theresa is an expert on story telling, entrepreneurship, social enterprise and international development. She uses her more than 30 years of experience to help organizations grow their business through the power of story and understanding how the power of story relates to finding, attracting and retaining millennial employees and consumers.
