Tugba is a business and political consultant, entrepreneur, public speaker and seminar leader, who speaks internationally on topics including foreign policy, running for office, lobbying, leadership and motivation, how to run successful international business, intercultural communications, and presentation skills. She works as an advisor to governments, international companies, and academia. As a university lecturer, Tugba and teaches political marketing, cross cultural management, entrepreneurship, and international business. An international author, she has written about city branding and globalization. Tugba has won numerous awards, including Outstanding Young Person of the World in Politics, Law and Government Affairs; The GOLD Pollie Award (considered the Oscar of Political Advertising) in 2010; Is listed in Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in America, and Who's Who in Finance and Business. She served as president of the American Communication Association in 2008-2009.Tugba holds a bachelor's degree in political science with honors from University of Nebraska at Omaha and master's degree in international affairs, law, and business from Georgetown University.
