UNOY Peacebuilders invites youth led-organizations in the Americas (North and South) to recommend 2 of their staff members (1 male, 1 female) to apply for a training program on protection. This 3/4-month long training programme includes weekly online training sessions and mentorship based on the needs of the organization.
The training will be led by a trainer from UNOY’s Pool of Trainers and experts with expertise in the area of protection and security. Participants will have a central role in the training by sharing their own experience, expertise and ideas. Experiential learning methods will be used during the training and peer-to-peer learning will remain the key aspect of the program.
