We want to share with all of you that Encontrarse en la Diversidad (Meeting in Diversity) took action towards Innovation, Inclusion and Diversity Day during ID Week 2018 by Monsato!
Innovative proposals, crossed people from different areas and roles, to understand why Diversity is power and development to improve teams, leaders, and change cultural paradigms to get further and better. The overall impact was on more than 650 people from the community of Rojas and surroundings.
